You’ll work collectively with faculty conducting world-class research covering wide-ranging topics—from postharvest processing of raw materials to applying nutritional therapy in clinical settings.
Choose from in-residence Master’s and Ph.D. programs with concentrations in either Food Science or in Human Nutrition, an entirely online Master’s program, and a Professional Science Master’s (PSM).
Master’s degree candidates may choose to pursue a thesis or non-thesis option. Thesis-seeking students must have financial support from an advisor. Non-thesis students are responsible for paying their own tuition.
